CircuitMeter Inc. to Showcase its Breakthrough Technology in San Francisco

CircuitMeter Inc. has been invited to showcase its technology at the Clean Energy Ministerial Conference (CEM7) to be held in San Francisco June 1-2, 2016. The Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM) is a forum of the world’s largest and most forward-leaning countries working together to accelerate the global transition to clean energy. CEM7 is the follow up to the U.N. Convention of Parties climate change talks that were held in Paris in December 2015. The conference will bring together Energy Ministers from 23 countries and the European Commission along with policy makers, experts and visionaries from the business and investment communities who will gather and implement the clean energy goals set forth in Paris.

Along with the conference, there will be a two-day technology exhibit in San Francisco’s Union Square which will showcase clean energy technologies and innovative business models driving clean energy deployment around the world. CircuitMeter was selected by a panel of judges to showcase its breakthrough technology as one of only 100 companies from around the globe that will be leading the world’s transition to a clean energy future. It was determined that CircuitMeter’s powerful submetering technology with a big data energy analytics platform has the potential to drive change in the clean energy sector.

Coinciding with the CEM7 Ministerial Conference and Innovation Showcase, June 1-2, MaRS Discovery District, will be hosting the MaRS CleanTech 2016 Canada Demo Day in San Francisco;  an event geared to showcase Canadian clean technologies to a global audience. This special event will provide the opportunity for a select group of Canadian startups to network with global cleantech leaders and pitch to leading cleantech investors and venture capitalists. CircuitMeter was selected as one of only 17 companies from numerous applicants across Canada to participate in this exciting event.
