Ottawa-based Envari extends its real time energy monitoring offerings with CircuitMeter’s Forensic Energy Management System

The energy services arm of Hydro Ottawa signed a strategic alliance agreement to bring CircuitMeter’s best in class real time energy analytics platform to their clients in Eastern Ontario.

Envari sees an increased demand from its commercial, industrial, institutional and utility clients for real time granular data which will enable better decision-making to minimize energy waste, reduce peak demand and improve operational and equipment efficiency.

City of Pickering

Announced last month, the City of Pickering becomes the first municipality in Canada to implement CircuitMeter’s real time energy management platform into their municipal operations. The RTEM platform, which was supplied and installed by CircuitMeter’s channel partner Elexicon Group, will enable Pickering officials to monitor, understand and manage the energy consumption at City Hall and make energy management decisions in real time.

As a further endorsement, The Town of Ajax, will take a major step forward in ensuring the highest levels of energy efficiency in its municipal buildings by utilizing CircuitMeter’s IoT technology and big data energy analytics platform, which has been supplied and installed by Elexicon Group. This Canadian municipality will utilize CircuitMeter’s RTEM platform to identify energy inefficiencies and reduce operating costs at one of its community centres and over time, the Municipality will develop the ability to compare equipment and component energy use in its portfolio of buildings, helping the municipality reach its sustainability goals.

Private sector showing leadership in energy conservation by adopting energy management best practices at a long term care and retirement community.
