CircuitMeter VP–Sales, North America, Kelly Reiser, was recently invited to speak at NYC Green Leasing & Smart Submetering webinar, hosted by New York City 2030 District. Kelly discussed smart submetering solutions as a way to enable building owners and managers to maximize their building’s value by reducing operating expenses and boost their bottom line. He also provided an overview of NYC Local Law (LL) 88 which requires all non-residential buildings greater than 25,000 sq ft to install electrical submeters for each large tenant space greater than 5,000 sq ft by 2025.
