KingSett Capital to demonstrate Environmental Stewardship through use of CircuitMeter technology at Fairmont Royal York

For Immediate Release

December 19, 2018 (Toronto, ON) – CircuitMeter Inc. today announced that its Forensic Energy Management™ system has been adopted at the Fairmont Royal York, as the first project of its kind in the KingSett Capital portfolio of commercial properties.

With a mission to show leadership in the implementation of sustainable operational strategies, KingSett and its operating partners at the Fairmont Royal York have installed CircuitMeter technology on all major systems and equipment throughout the hotel. In collaboration with the Fairmont Royal York and KingSett Capital, CircuitMeter has supplied:

  • Hardware to submeter the equipment and systems identified by the Fairmont Royal York
  • Ongoing access to the CircuitMonitoring™ software platform required to store the granular energy data and provide access to the various features and analytics embedded in the software
  • Forensic Energy Management™ services that will assist the users at KingSett and the Fairmont Royal York in getting the most value from the Big Data platform
  • Systems leveraged to identify and reduce energy use and operating costs at the hotel, and generate insight into the nature of any operating inefficiencies at site
